The SPARC Foundation was awarded a grant by the NC Governors Crime Commission and was chosen to pilot this program for the entire state. Created and tested in Colorado since 2010, the Domestic Violence Risk & Needs Assessment has helped lower the risk of a batter reoffending, thus improving safety for domestic violence victims.
