The SPARC Foundation is a nonprofit organization with a mission of keeping residents of Western North Carolina healthy, safe and out of institutional care.      Currently, SPARC is hiring licensed TEMPORARY SOCIAL WORKERS to work full-time with Buncombe County DSS. Positions are in Extended Foster Care Services (teens who are aging out of the Foster Care system). These positions will maintain their own caseload and support families in achieving case plans.
