Tony Shivers, Case Manager at The SPARC Foundation, shares with WLOS News 13 some of the lessons he’s learned while making the most of his own second chances following incarceration.  Now supporting and mentoring others as they do the same, Tony describes the challenges and what it takes to succeed when someone with a criminal record is seeking employment.
